Boiling Pasta Noodles in a Wok

A 14-inch wok is ideal for cooking pasta noodles. The wok's generous size can accommodate up to 2 pounds of pasta noodles. Its broad opening easily fits 12-inch long dried pasta noodles without breaking them. The water remains contained, preventing boil-overs and making it more manageable. Moreover, stirring noodles during cooking to avoid sticking is easier in a wok than in a pan.
