Oyster sauce comes in various sizes, ranging from a 2 oz. bottle to a 5 lb. plastic container. I use a substantial amount of oyster sauce in almost all my dishes, so I buy the 5 lb. size for the best value. It can be stored in the refrigerator for up to a year.
